On 25th September we will be holding a introduction session, a bit of a blind date if you like.

We'll be introducing Customer Management/ CRM practitioners to the tools being developed in and around Project VRM, that are ultimately designed to make their jobs a bit easier.

The event, from 1.30 to 5.30pm will be held at Adam Street Club (www.adamstreet.co.uk), just off The Strand in Central London.

It will be hosted by Adriana Lukas, Iain Henderson, Alan Mitchell. William Heath will chair the event.
